WVNCC Foundation to host 11th Annual Golf Outing

West Virginia Northern Community College (WVNCC) Foundation will host their 11th Annual Golf Outing on Friday, October 1, at Wheeling Country Club. In 10 years WVNCC’s golf outing has raised over $140,000 for student scholarships and employee allocation grants. Registration for the four-person scramble includes green fees, cart, lunch, dinner, prizes, and more. Four-person teams can register for $260 or individuals can register for $65 and be placed on a team. The registration deadline is September 17.

The golf outing kicks off at 10 a.m. with registration and lunch served by West Sports Bar & Stratford Springs. Tee time for the event is noon and the event is followed by an awards dinner and prizes. The dinner will be served by WVNCC’s Culinary Arts Department.  

In addition to registration, sponsorship opportunities are also available. Levels of sponsorship range from $100 - $3,500. Sponsorship benefits may include a foursome, golf shirts, signage, and more depending on the level of sponsorship.

Monies raised from the golf outing are used by the WVNCC Foundation for scholarships for students and can also be used by staff and faculty to advance the College.
