College Leadership

Stephanie joined WVNC in June 2014.  In 2025, she was promoted to Chief of Staff.  In addition to serving as the Board of Governors liaison and Executive Assistant to the President, she supervises the Weirton and New Martinsville Campus Managers. Prior to joining WVNCC, she worked at Bethany College as the Executive Assistant to the President and Director of Student Records and Registrar.  Before working in higher education, she worked for the Association of Advanced Life Underwriting on their Government Affairs Staff and as Director of the Political Action Committee for the American Council for Life Insurers.  She has a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership – Higher Education Administration from West Virginia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Bethany College. In 2025, she graduated from the Leadership Wheeling program.
